Do be aware that the RDR-GX350 is an analogue recorder, so won't directly record from Freeview. However, if you own a Freeview set-top box, you can connect it to that via a scart socket, and it can record Freeview from that. I have one, and it's certainly a neat little recorder, which suits my needs perfectly (I have a Humax PVR, so use it just to archive stuff that I want taken off the PVR's hard drive and play DVDs).

try this Bigpockets

3 months warranty but dvd recorders are fairly simple beings these days.

£80 gets you one with a additional 160GB hard disk. And HDMI out!!!!!!!

or £60 with an 80GB drive.

They wont be in stock long. The 160GB one is £150 in Argos. However the Argos on does have the normal warranty.

Usually most of these returns are often down to 'feature niggles'. Minor 'firmware disfuntions that give people an escuse to return them as faulty
