Just been migrated over from HC to Tiscali and thought I would get the PVR box.

When I tried adding the PVR box to my account it says...

I thought we didn't have to? I rang up to confir if this was true or not, and I was told YES YOU HAVE TO START A NEW 12 MONTH CONTRACT!

Can someone who works for Tiscali help?

Although you do not start a new TV contract when you migrate, you do need to take out a new 12 month contract for Tiscali +. These terms are the same for existing customers regardless of whether they were homechoice or Tiscali.
