Sometimes I really do think that decisions are made based upon the entertainment value - leaving two girls who'll "bitch" and firing the one who didn't make any significant mistakes. It kinda reminds me of last year's Tre vs. Rory, except that that feud was actually funny and didn't involve the victimisation of an individual.

Jenni is a nasty piece of work. She accused Shazia of lying, but didn't elaborate on exactly what Shazia was supposed to have lied about. I'm surprised Sir Alan didn't ask what lies Shazia was supposed to have told.

I couldn't stand Raef last week, but warmed to him a bit tonight. Nice to see the boys team pull together at the end.

Jenny turned it around on Lucinda - accusing her of not turning up at the 7am meeting when she knew exactly why and by that time the project was failed anyway.

I agree that Jenny should have gone - she was vile. Lucinda may not be to her liking but the way she spoke to her in the car on the way home was contemptible. Looks like there's going to be a big split in the girls team this time.

Shazia got on with the job, though I couldn't understand why she went home when she'd gone to all the trouble of putting the system in place - that was a bit stupid. Anyone else could have gone, but then Jenny agreed to it.

Worst decision ever by Siralan. Jenny was to blame for the team's failing - terrible performance. She bullied Jenny, had a horrible tirade against her in the car then brought up that missed meeting in the board room. Utter cow.

I really like Simon after tonight , it was like he knew exactly what he needed to do. Raef was good as a leader although he had a shaky start. Most of the boys actually got on well although after 4 series we know that it's not gonna last!

Lindi and Helene went down in my estimation massively after tonight , the former came across as just as dazed and arrogant. I really like Lucinda and Sara after tonight.
