In this episode, I found Michael to be increasingly irritating; but not for any specific reason. There are just a few things he did/little comments he made that just grated with me, for example his "just get on with it boys" when talking to the guys doing the laundry. His general demeanour and smuggness was annoying and for no real reason I have turned against him and would like to see him fired.

Does anyone else agree?

Yep he is grand is out Raef, he surprised me how calm and cool he was as team leader and he was polite yet firm to everyone.
