Hi anyone have any suggestions, I have a dmr ex95 recorder which is supposed to upscale output, coupled to a panasonic tx26lxd70 hd ready tv via hdmi cable.
When i switch on the recorder it only shows an output of 576p not 1080 or what ever it is supposed to be, any help to raise the output to its correct level.

Go into Functions / To others / Setup / Connections . HDMI settings / HDMI Video Format.

The various resolution settings are there ... but only those that the TV supports will be available in that menu.

Thanks Gavtech, that's cured it, I put it onto automatic and its coming up 1080.
