Hello there,
I was just wondering if any knows of an email address for o2 customer services, but not the standard one that you get on the website but a similar email department to customer retentions over the phone. (Similarly to the james.murdoch sky address that gets put to a special team who do all that's possible to assist you)

Thanks

There is no email address for retentions.

If you want to make a complaint you can email -complaintreviewservice@o2.co.uk (if memory serves) and they will deal with your complaint.

Or if you email using the mycare email address (which I gather must be the one on the website) header your email - Need more help - and it will be sent from the india team to the glasgow team who will get back to you. But they wont be able to help with a retentions deal.

All of the customer facing teams are in the UK. A lot of back office teams are 'international' - so things like refunds, bill recalculations, email correspondence etc.

It will be back in the UK eventually however.......given Telefonica (O2) is a spanish company, like Santander they resolutely hate spending money outside the markets from which they make it.

I doubt it, O2 was already under Telefonica when some of the departments were moved.

Why didn't you take the next step in the dispute procedure? (The Alternate Dispute Resolution)
