I personally think Lucinda seems like a genuinelly nice person who has real potential on The Apprentice.

I thought she was treated really badly last night, but personally I thought she handled it quite well. Yeah she was upset but it was understandable as she was probably tired and had had Jenny on her back all day

Felt sorry for her last night. If someone is that obviously upset by something you have said to them its extremely bad form to not show some sympathy and attempt to console them.

Jenny is obviously a cold hearted bitch who will **** over anyone to get to the top. Hopefully she won't succeed.

When I first saw her profile I didn't think I would like her but I think I got it wrong.

I felt bad for her last night. Cannot believe the way Jenny was speaking to her- right from the start she singled Lucinda out by saying "Don't know much about you" etc.

She was forced out of the group and basically ignored. I hope she shows next week she is going to be a good candidate.

And also I'm looking forward to seeing what she wears next week!

I really hope that next week she gets an opportunity to show what a strong candidate she is. I think she was forced/singled out of the group this week, which was completely unfair. However I don't believe she is one to cause any trouble so hopefully next week she will be treated better and therefore be able to work to her full potential

She seems alright, but I don't think she has what it takes to win. I did feel sorry for her though, when Jenny was launching a vicious verbal attack on her.

She does make a change from all those other female "Gordon Gecko" types.

It seemed to me that the girls had split into two cliques with their own favourites, but Lucinda wasn't welcome in either of them when they divided up and was kept as an outsider. She does seem the only girl so far who doesn't have an agenda and is playing her own game.

We'll find out when and if she gets the chance to be a PM, whether she really has the strength of character to whip her team into shape. I don't think any of the other women will lift a finger to help her - they'll do just enough to get by and give her just enough rope to hang herself. Lucinda's best chance right now is to be shunted over to the boys team - then we might have a chance to see something from her. So far, she hasn't really impressed - but then, none of the girls have been outstanding. I don't think she can win it. I don't even think she'll be in the final five. The girls will gang up on her before then and stab her in the back.

She does have a great sense of style though! She does bring a bit of much-needed colour to the boardroom!

Is it just me, or does Lucinda look very similar to Katie from the last series?

Not that it matters, she didn't deserve the bullying that Jenny gave her on the show and I feel there will be more tension between those two. Hopefully Jenny will be seen for what she is, a stuck up haughty bitch; who thinks talking down to people like they are children is how to manage a team.

My early favourites on the boys side is Raef and Simon-and remains so. On the girls side is Lucinda and probably Lindi.

I generally go for people who are different and unique-Lucinda is. I like her personality and style. Her business sense has not shone yet. I believe it will if given the support. But the girls appear to be a bunch of weaklers who seem to be following whoever is popular and domineering so they form cliques. This is a mistake the women are making. Isolating Lucinda will only allow her to shine more. I also have a feeling that Sara does not fit in very well either.

After last week's debacle with the boys. Perhaps it was a blessing to get rid of Nick. What a difference! It brought them all together-and what great team work and leadership style. This would suit Lucinda if she moves over to the boys team. I have a funny feeling she will get on with Raef best. Dont know why -just think so.

I am liking Lucinda. She was the only one with the guts to stand up to that bully Jenny. Very disappointed as an Irish person in the other Jennifer McGuire, who is sitting back and not saying anything, while letting the others take all the flak. Kristina from last year would not have let big gob Jenny get away with her lies.

yes i like her shes the "eccentric"and yes good on sara...how beautiful is she..a rose amongst thorns you might say.

I'd really like Lucinda to do well too - I've heard some speculation though she might be in the board room this week (hope not).

I'd really like her to stay around long enough to see off Jenny - preferably in a big boardroom fight between the two where Sir Alan fires the big bad bully!

It's great to see someone with a bit of a creative edge - not sure about the berets though. All in all it makes a nice change from the alpha-females like Jenny who think the only way to succeed in business is to act and dress like a man.

I also agree that she is being marginalised by the whole group probably because they can't work her out. So I think her days are numbered, unless she gets accepted as part of the boy's team.

I would love to see her do well and hope that she stays longer than that awful Jenny.

Thought I'd give this thread a bump after Luncinda's success as pm tonight she may not have won but...

I thought she was great as pm - she listened to what people had to say and responded to them. She was well organised and knew what needed to be done. She stayed calm and focused all the way through and I was shocked that her team didn't win tbh.

Apart from that she does seem genuinelly nice, she's one of the only girls who doesn't bitch and lie continuously. I thought Jenny C was the worst at first, but the way Helene speaks to Lucinda is disgraceful AND to keep calling her a liar when she is blatantly the one lying

Lee went up in my estimation tonight. Not had much of an opinion on him prior to tonight, but I liked the fact that he stuck up for Lucinda and was willing to tell SA what a good job she'd done.

Also can I just say I loved the fact that at like half six in the morning when everyone had just dragged themselves out of bed, Lucinda was fully dressed with hair and make-up done
And "well the probability is one in three" made me giggle

So glad Lucinda has been vindicated by tonight's episode. I had a feeling she had a lot to give. And not just to the fashion world. And like the above, the fact she is always in pristine condition no matter the time makes me fall for her even more! Very sad she lost, but really not much she could have done about it.

Not sure she'll be SAS's cup of tea, but here's to many more weeks of the Lady of the Beret!

I really liked it when SAS said it was a good idea of hers to mix the teams up, he said it's what he likes to do. Except the stupid bitches wouldn't go for it. I thought the look on Jennifers face when he said it was priceless.

I wasn't paying full attention at the time, but was Lee sticking up for Lucinda at the end of the show at the house?

I was suprised Lucinda did so well. I kept saying to myself "Lucinda's team is SO going to win". RIght shame they didn't because she deserved it.

I love Lucinda. She's lovely.

They obviously see Lucinda as a threat and this is why they are so horrible to her.

I thought she was a really good team leader and showed that you do not have to be pushy and bully to get the members of your team to get a job done. I think she showed a really lovely side to her.

I just wish she had been a lot firmer with Jenny, Rafe and Lindi and insisted that the teams were switched over the next day.

I'm not sure if they do (or did) see Lucinda as a threat - if they did they would be horrible to her behind her back but nice to her face just in case they needed backing up in the boardroom. They didn't see her as worthwhile even of this as they assumed if they got in the boardroom with her she would obviously go before they did.

They dislike her so much because she is an alien species to them i.e. she is honest, caring and straighforward plus eccentric, not what they think are attributes that get you anywhere in life. They truly don't know what she is doing there.
