I am not sure she has what it takes to be an apprentice. She has good ideas but does not follow them through. As a project leader she should have said we are mixing the teams now because and not taken any prisoners but she didn't and SAS noticed that, he said she should have followed it through.

I was pleasantly surprised by Lucinda last night, I think she's shown that you don't have to be ruthless and aggressive to get far in the competition. She kept a clear head, was lovely with everyone, and was the kind of PM the others should aspire to be.

I thought she was right not to mix the teams - although it is a good idea - it was clear the other 5 didn't think so, and had she gone ahead with it they would have accused her of not listening to feedback.

I'm not sure she'll go all the way, but I'm chuffed she's still in so far. I hope she gets to be PM again, she clearly shines in this role.

She had a lot of dignity last night- and looked to be the best, most professional PM yet.

I'm sortakinda glad she daubed in helene in front of jennifer. Those cows deserved nothing less- and it will be fun to see them turn on each other like Orcs.

I doubt she'll make it to the end, but I was impressed with her last night.

It made me wonder what went wrong with her in Week 2.

She was bullied - most people don't perform well when they're being intimidated and humiliated in public.

I think Lucinda is very good and shows potential to learn by her mistakes - unlike some of the walking talking egos on this series!!

Lucinda went up massively in my estimation last night, as did Lee.

I'm glad Lindi was fired, because she should not have been there in the first place, she was SO stupid.

Although I wanted Lucinda's team to win (because I was hoping that Clare would be fired), by the end of the show, I was glad Clare's team won, just to see the smug smile wiped off Jenni and Lindi's faces.

I was also well impressed with Lucinda and she seems to have gone down well with her team. Usually you have a deafening silence in the boardroom when Siralan asks how they found the TM though it has to be said that her team were convinced they had won.

She also seems to care what happens - note when Lindi was leaving the boardroom how she tried to console her.

..and a smart dresser too....

Thought Siralan was a bit too sarcastic about the risk assessment. Not need to be that rude - it was a stupid question.

Loving Lucinda after tonight's show. I think she's filled the void left by Simon as the only truly nice and likeable character in the series. I'm so glad her non-oppressive/dictatorial approach to leadership was praised.

I really liked how when SAS came to the house in the morning and they were all lined up - everyone in PJs and dressing gowns with messy hair, then Lucinda standing at the end fully dressed like she'd just been shopping on the high street.

Throwing my support behind Lucinda and Sara from now on. She was a star.

Well Lindi's been sent packing, so I'm on the hunt for a new favourite and Lucinda definately fits the bill for me.

She comes across as a very genuine person. She's likeable, manages well and manages not to get into slanging matches with the horrible candidates who continue to pick on her... namely Jenny and Helene.

I really like the way she dresses to stand out, too. The majority of contestants wear either something black and white or plain black... Lucinda always looks brilliant in her reds and greens.

I'm hoping she manages to stay longer than the vicious, outspoken ones... Jenny, Helene, Alex and Claire.

Good luck, Lucinda.

I like Lucinda - after the browbeating she's been subjected to, it wouldn't have been surprising if she'd been reduced to a quivering wreck; but when she was given the opportunity to lead she amazed a few people. She didn't carry over any resentment for the bullies into her leadership - she gave everyone the opportunity to play to their strengths, only to be let down by the sales team.

She's quirky, honest and genuinely nice. She needs to be careful though - she's shown that she doesn't buckle under pressure or bullying and that she can manage without hectoring her team. The witches will now see her as a threat - probably poisoning the apples even as we speak.

The more she gets picked on, the more I want to support Lucinder.

But she's not merely a victim. She proved that she can be an exceptional leader and is a real contender this series.

It would be nice to see a female finalist who doesn't need to resort to ruthless and relentless bitching and backstabbing to succeed. After all, it's the likes of Lucinder who tend to prosper in real life because they have the necessary people skills to do so. People want to work hard for her.

I liked Lucinda from the start as she came across as someone a bit quirky - which was a refreshing change from the other "robo-women". I've carried on liking her as she doesnt seem to have a game-plan, isnt a back stabber or a ball-breaker and seems like a genuine sort. Yes she has that strange beret thing going on and is a little naive but she does appear honest. The whole side-lining of her, outright bullying and withering put-downs by the opposing bitch-camps is appalling but not surprising. She managed the team in the Ice Cream task in a calm and collected manner - just needed a bit of steel to slap down the sulky so-called "best saleswoman in Europe" and push the team that bit more in the final sales push. If pushed to have to employ or work with any of this years candidates then Lucinda would be No1 with Sara and Lee following closely behind. Frankly I'd use the rest of the CVs for toilet paper

So umm.. was Lee sticking up for Lucinda in the house? I missed that bit. Could someone answer?

I appreciate her honesty and her hats.
I really hope she beats the Jennifers and Helene but I don't think she'll win, although I really want her to.

I get the impression she is going to have some more battles with Helene. That may prove her downfall.

That was when Jennifer M said she'd been called 'cold.' No one denied it.

It was one of those 'silence reigned and we all got wet,' moments.

I bet Sir Alan noticed that too.
It could have been an exercise on his part.

Why turn up on the doorstep and not just 'phone as usual?
