There is rarely a direct replacement for many handsets. 6300 is seen be many as a good replacement, but it really depends on why you like the 6320i. Many business users are transferring to S60 handsets.

I recently bought a second-hand N95 off my brother.
Some people may think I'm mad but I somehow prefer my 6230i, which I think is faulty. I've been in town today trying to track down a replacement 6230i - CPW, Phones 4 U, Vodafone, Orange and O2 all sold out long ago - Apparently, CPW don't have any in the entire company. Just wondering what the nearest new model is in case I either decide or I am forced to buy a newer model instead - it may be best to buy a newer model in terms of value for money. I like the E51 and I've seen these on eBay for not much more than I'd be willing to pay for a new 6230i. Steve. |

Personally I think E51 is a great phone, 6120 is also high on my list.

As has been mentioned there isnt a definite replacement. The 6233 was kinda and the 6300 has replaced that. Thats probably the closest youll get. If its a 6230i specifically you want you might have better luck on ebay/amazon

The list of features you have made is pretty much standard on a nokia phone, but maybe not the Changeable fascias. The 6300 would suit you fine im sure or maybe even the 6500 classic (slightly more expensive)
One feature you didnt list which is on the 6230i but i aint seen on some of the newer nokias is the 'wallet' which i thought was useful if you needed to store some private text. |

I've asked around in my local phone shops and as mentioned there is no direct replacement as such but I couldn't believe there have been two, soon to be three "replacements".
As far as I discovered the 6233 was the nearest successor, then the current 6300. The 6300 has recently been reduced because the 6300i is due anytime which adds Wi-Fi and Nokia Maps functionality to the bloodline. As I mentioned before, I've recently acquired an N95 but strangely I haven't been overly impressed with it. I've read reviews of the 6233, 6300 and 6300i on www.gsmarena.com and they don't look as good as the 6230i. Steve. |
