Avoid Google on a Friday!
Grand Dizzy

WARNING!

Do not ever Google anything to do with American Idol on a Friday! Without thinking, I just Googled David Archuleta (to check the spelling of his name) and Google told me straight away who was kicked off the show this week — right at the top with a bloody picture!

Bad Google!

I'm also mad because it was a contestent that I really liked.

I do love Google, and I know they can't help what text their hits contain. But putting up a massive spoiler as a featured story with a picture, when the rest of the world doesn't know the result yet. Ss the Americans would say, that "sucks, dude".

English people saying dude makes me laugh, dude. My husband says it often for that very reason.
sorry google spoiled the results show for ya.
It was a good idea to warn people who might not want to know results early.

Something similar happened to me when I went to an American website last year (a movie spoiler site) and they had the name of the winner so displayed that I couldn't miss it!

Good to warn people about this IMO ,and sorry beforehand if this sounds a bit rude as it really isn't meant to be , but what did you expect?

Avoid the American Yahoo site as well as I discovered last week.

I used to keep finding out the person going without fail each week because it always used to be in a Rolling Stone headlines widget on the Winamp Media Library > Dashboard window. And I always used to forget. Then I found out I could just remove the widget..

I remember I was spoiled last years winner by Teletext Headlines. :\
