It hasn't been announced yet as the casting calls are still going on. Should be the same times though

Tha same time as usual I should think. I don't think this edition has changed the plan at all. I would suspect it'll go back to the Sunday / Tuesday / Thursday schedule and will launch on July 3rd, the first Thursday of July.

not much chance.

certainly not as it happens, they would never show 2 BBs at once.

Yes, it is poo

We get two episodes on two consecutive days followed by having to wait 4 days for the next. The Sunday / Tuesday / Thursday schedule is much better.

Traditionally, BBUS starts the summer run by loading the housemates into the house around the weekend wherever July 4th falls. Then, they have a 3 to 4 day buffer before the feeds go live onto the internet to let them get comfortable with all the cameras, and each other. It also allows the producers to get a good supply of footage for promos and storyboarding. The first "week" of BBUS usually lasts 10 days or more in real time and across 3 episodes in tv time.

When the first television show broadcasts "Day 1" the housemates will have been in the house for about a week. It isn't until the first eviction and each subsequent eviction when the broadcast show is truly live.

Hope that helps.

We here in the States have been saying that every season and with the exception of BB6 (and some say BB3 as well) nothing has ever topped Dr. Will's run in BB2 in terms of entertaining

The cast and twists gets dumber every season I'm afraid.

If you can track down BB2 it's worth checking out. That was the first time we deviated from the traditional BB format to what you see now. The cast had no idea what to do. There was also no POV that season. POV started late into season 3.

Yeah. BB2, BB3 and BB6 are definetely the ones to beat. I do think that this is a show where even the not as good seasons are still great viewing. Everyone says that BB4 was the worst season, but it's still great to watch.

Yeah, it's definetely worth it. BB3 as well. You couldn't use the veto on yourself back in BB3 though, could you. That started in BB4, with the exception of the famous Golden Veto at the end of BB3

So am I, even thoguh it is one of the less good seasons. I must admit I have enjoyed all seasons of this show. You should really look for the old ones on youtube, especially BB6. Just type "Big Brother 6 Episode 1 Part 1" and the first part should come up. Followit from there. Or if you want to see BB2, BB5 or BB7 just do the same thing for them. BB3 and BB4 aren't on youtube unfortunately because they were released on DVD (although BB4 not in full).

yes thanks I will do that - I actually caught up with the start of BB9 on youtube already. Someone recommended BB4 but obviously I won't find that if it has been released on DVD. I will have a look for BB6. If this one is not one of the good ones - I can't wait to see the others as I have really enjoyed it so far. Wish we could get live feed like we can in the UK though but maybe I would never get to work then!
