Cooking guidelines
I know that cooking guidelines are just that, guidelines, but I had to laugh when putting a Pizza in the oven now.
It said to cook on 200 degrees... for 10-30 minutes! And thats just for cooking from fresh too not frozen as it says not suitable for freezing. ![]() ![]() I am used to 5, maybe even 10 minute windows but 20 minutes? There is a big difference between a pizza cooked for 10 minutes and one for 30 minutes imo. |

That's ridiculous! Where was that from?
The cooking guidelines are often wrong because people's ovens don't get as hot as they should. When mine is on 200C it is actually only about 180C according to my oven thermometer. |

A standard pizza from fresh will take 10-12 minutes.
