More and more recently i have noticed that the milk seems thinner and tastes watery.

This is all different brands, not just one.

There is a marked difference between summer and winter milk. The difference is particularly noticeable with cheese. Cheese made from summer milk is creamier and sweeter. This is apparently caused by what the cows eat; in summer they are in pastures with lush grass, in winter they are in byres.

I do notice that Organic milk often tastes better than normal stuff as well

Milk should improve soon now that the grass is growing longer.

The one thing I have always said is. Milk semi-skimmed no matter what the brand or where you buy it. It ALL tastes the exact same.

and I drink about 2 neat pints of it daily.

Really? I notice a marked difference between semi-skimmed bought at the corner shop and Lidl than the stuff they sell in Asda. It's not only slightly cheaper, but it's creamier too - I find Asda's really watery.

You cant tell the difference between full,semi-skimmed and fat free? There is a major difference in taste, no matter what the industry says. Even tea made with semi-skimmed and none is big, as my parents have fat free, we have semi.

No, the poster was talking specifically about semi skimmed milk, saying that it doesn't vary (taste-wise) between brands.
