He can win second prize though, because the Jonny fans are scarier. I think Jonny must be quite the player because he appears to have 14 girlfriends, or so they claim

I do think Gwion has the best accent overall because it kind of defines his character - but I do personally love Irish accents.
There's just something warm and fuzzy about them!Best task would be the Victorian school one. I loved their outfits here. Best performance.... oh, that's too hard. I'll say Give a Little love (best choreography & general awesomeness), I Have a Dream (best vocals), Electricity (special honour status for being their first proper song), It's a Hard Knock Life (best use of props), Pie Jesu (best solo vocals), Together (best Nancy-Olivers chemistry) and Breaking Free/Reach (for the most cringeworthily cheesy making it strangely watchable performance). Hang on, that's like... most of them.

Mostly to see how the boys cope with the cheese-tastic matierial. Some throw themselves into it (Jordan! His moves were quite...frightening), some just laugh their whole way through with it (Alex) and some get on with it, the macho way. I've found when watching the 'hip swinging finger clicking' bit at the beginning, both Harry and Arthur look like they're throwing rocks or something. It must have hurt their manly pride. Not a wiggle in sight from those two. Chester seems to be having fun though, as I said previously. |

There's just so many things wrong with that performance that's it's quite entertaining to scrutinise. At one point I think Harry looks like he's doing a rugby tackle. And Alex looks painfully embarrassed until he starts laughing at Jordan. Jordan was right in his element though.

I still find that remarkable... Such a cheesy song, horrible outfits and of course all the hip swinging... But here this kid seemed to be having more fun than ever before!

I've read lots of comments like those (and worse)... And I really hope these kids won't ever read them... Although I know they probably will... Oh, and I've read all the pages in this thread too, before I joined Back then, there were about 25.

Oh, and I've read all the pages in this thread too, before I joined Back then, there were about 25.I hope they don't. It may make them big headed. Or reclusive. But they probably already have. That's the first thing I would do if I were on T.V, ie. look myself up on youtube or google. I'm not sure how they feel about it actually. The closest example I can relate to is when some pervy guy makes comment about your appearance and though you are slightly flattered because of the attention it still feels wrong. I hope they don't find my comments here! This is because I don't want them to think I'm a complete creep. Then again, I probably am a complete creep, so there you go. |

I thought they were kept sort of secluded at the "Oliver house" and that both the boys and their parents were advised not to look up anything while they were home either, because it could affect their performance (and with that, their chances). However, now that it's over, I guess most of them already did look themselves up... I doubt if that made them feel any better... ![]() EDIT: and you're not any creepier than the rest of us

![]() Actually, if it's marriage we're talking about, I wonder why more people aren't going for CM and ALW, they're the ones with all the cash. Actually...stupid question.

I started searching just now and found out that the house is in the north of London and Gareth roomed with Jonny. Also found out that they have to get up at 8:30 in the morning.

(it was from a newspaper article ages ago.) I totally agree though, that Oliver house is such a mystery and as such I really want to know all about it. If I ever get a chance to talk to the kids (i.e. never) it'll be the first thing I'd ask. Quote:
Sorry to go off topic a bit, but Ashrell, when does Harry look like he's doing a rugby tackle?

Sadly that Jonny & Gareth thing is the only bit of info I can find. The BBC have kept this very hush hush. I'm not sure whether I mind or not.
Incidentally, I'm in London on Sunday, 'till quite late. Unfortunatly, I have stuff to do and London is way to big a place to bump into people (namely Olivers) but I can dream ![]() Anyway, during my prizeless quest to find out about the Oliver House, I stumbled upon this. They don't talk about the Olivers much, but it's quite interesting to read. http://www.afterellen.com/taxonomy/term/3544 |

Not a lot of tickets left for the first few months so just booked tickets and keeping everything crossed for Harry or Laurence.
I dunno whether to get tickets now or wait. I really want to go and see this production and especially with the original boys still in it. I dunno how long Harry, Laurence and Gwion will do the show for. I hope its a year but maybe less. I reckon demand for tickets will shoot through the roof after tommorow night! |

The fist in mouth moment? Haha yes. This is also the task where he was wearing that two piece tracksuit thing. I'm afraid only chavs can get away with that. And he is about as far from a chav as I ever did see
