Evening all, just finished watching the Apprentice and it seems everyone has been very busy on here. Cuethestars - you are such a tease, hopefully we'll hear soon then we can discuss it. Thanks for the article Ashrell, good on him I say. I didn't really take to Jordan to start with but he kind of grew, especially him leading the standing ovation. As for Charlie Bates, he gets a few lines in the film and I'm pleased for him. I imagine as has been suggested, that Gareth is also going to be Charlie Bates and possibly one other. I heard ages ago that they were going to pick an Oliver as reserve, but perhaps they picked 3, I don't know. Its nice that they are keeping all of them together as I am sure they all have a great bond (I first typed "bong"). Its given me another reason for looking forward to seeing it in December if some of the others get involved, helping to compensate for the fact I'm going to see a Nancy I couldn't stand.

Anyway, I'm off on holiday for a week tomorrow but I'll still be reading this thread thanks to the iPhone. I may even be able to post still, I haven't really tried yet but it can pretty much do anything. Keep up all the gossip as well to make sure I don't miss out on anything. Thank you and I'll be back soon...

I'm sure the final 12 will all be given a role, no matter how small. I can see three boys as back-ups to the three main Olivers, another three (Gareth, Jordan and someone else) given Charlie Bates and the young three (Arthur, Sam, Joseph) given further training in Fagin's Gang to maybe take over as Oliver when the current three boys go forward.

My favourite has always been gorgeous wee Gwion and if I went to see Oliver and it happened to be his night off I would be extremely disappointed, even though I know any of them can play the part! Presumably we would have to take 'pot luck' as to who plays Oliver on the nights we buy tickets for... or will they have a definite rota so we could work out when to go!

I went to bed very early yesterday due to a killer migraine (lots and lots of BAD news yesterday ), but you guys have been busy!!! Lots to read up on!
Ashrell; thanks for that article, I haven't read it yet, because I'm already late for work (again), but I will later.
Camilla; I second all the comments on you being a big tease!!! But it's nice to know there's good news to look forward to. Btw, I've already joined your forum under another username (but maybe you were referring to me), just to have a look yesterday afternoon.
legend1989; Cheerio! Have fun on your holiday!

For JK
I'm not to sure how to enter things here but if you can click the link below, or cut and paste it, it will take you to page 24 of the Billy Elliott Forum where there is a very good copy of the mission you're asking about. It is from Savefile.com so you can downlod.

Also FYI, if you have Real Player 11 here in America, you can download YouTube files. I'm not sure if it works the same in Britain. Hope this helps.

I can't remember who I was referring to, I think it was the person with the username Oliver1985 (or whatever the numbers are) over on Team Oliver.
You're gonna have to introduce yourself in the Introduce thread bit 'cause I won't know who you all are over there!

Also, this has no relevance to the Ollie's but I deleted a load of my PM's yesterday and can the person that PM'd me about the Bebo profile they were talking about please PM me again about it 'cause I accdentily deleted that message and the url's not in my computer History. Thanks! (Hopefully they'll know what I'm talking about!)

Anyone got anymore news?

Sorry thread was slipping down the page...

Well, the only "news" I can think of is that ours is the second most active thread on the forum! Only Sarah's thread has more replies (way more...), but we're next on the list! Hooray!

Jack Wild is the best!

That's fab news, Chaperone!

Over on the Team Oliver Forum I made some more Oliver graphics. They include a very cute Jessie and Gwion banner!

lol, I'm glad I wasn't the only one that was checking that periodically. We'll never beat Sarah's thread but no matter because Sarah's great anyway.

Btw - I've been looking at those pictures again from a few pages back - and I'm quite certain that they were from the week Sarah was voted out (Sam was in one of the other pics in the background and she had her "Sway" make-up on, the one where she was made to have slanting eyes. I don't know why I notice these things. ). So that explains all the tears and the rose. Sorry, I don't have any news more interesting

No, I don't mind either, IF there must be a more active thread than ours, it might as well be Sarah's. Love her!

And bless, if that was the week she went. Alex and Laurence must have really adored her!

Turns out we have more views though .

Aww, I liked Sarah too. I hope she'll get a really good part on the West End, a better part than Nancy! She's certainly got a lot of support!

Lol! Me too Can't we write it? I have written some small musicals for kids in primary schools in the past, so why not!

It's way too quiet here! We need some news! Or some old 'news' we haven't analyzed yet.

I want to analyse Arthur's fashion!

I thought it was so sweet when he said he thought he was pretty unique; well having many different coloured pairs of skinny jeans, Ugg boots AND a Superman t-shirt does make you unique!

Right, my idea; There's a lonely lady who live in a house (Sarah). The locals think she is weird and generally stay away from her! Her young nephew (johnny) goes to stay one summer and makes friends with the local gang (Chester, Alex and kwayedze). When they get into trouble it causes the mad old lad to come out of hiding and to make friends within the local community. She falls in love with a tall dark stranger (Joshua Jackson - cause Sarah likes him ) and with the help of the kids and her new friends she tracks him down and they live happily ever after

Lol! Ok, ideas for songs anyone?
And, there should definitely be some dancing involved.
