Chinese Crispy Duck and Pancakes
Hi
Anyone know how to make Chinese crispy duck, and where you can buy the pancakes they serve with it please?

As for the pancakes...your best bet is a chinese cash and carry
(well if you live near one that is of course )Manchester has plenty! They can be found in the freezers |

Tesco and Sainsbury both sell the complete kit including the two duck legs,sauce and 10 pancakes and it is very good value.In fact I think its under £4 - also tastes great!
(in the chiller cabinets)...

Yes you can get them from Sainsburys and they do come with spring onions and cucumber, although you have to cut them up yourself

Iceland do a good one as well, think it's a tenner but you get a lot of duck with it.

If you want to make the duck yourself from scratch, Ken Hom's recipe is pretty good.
