Lamb, Goat, Beef, Rabbit, Duck, Venison, Chicken are top ones, almost anything else as very close runners up, with pork the least favourite unless it's belly-draft.
I pretty much eat Chicken everyday and for some reason I never get bored of it. If I could afford to I'd eat more Lamb, it's just so tasty although fatty.
I do love Pork too, ribs & belly pork being my favourite cuts especially with tons of chips.
Never been much of a beef guy. Steak with peppercorn sauce is perfection but too expensive, no one in my household would touch a Roast if it's was pink so we never have that and apart from mince we rarely eat it.
This year I'm gonna make an effort to try game, always looks so good on TV shows.
A perfectly cooked Rib Eye with Bearnaise Sauce and thin chips is probably my idea of heaven.
Mind you, a long slow cooked Shoulder of Lamb comes a close second!
I love turkey mince more than any other meat I think. Organic chicken is good too and very occassionally a medium rare fillet steak as a treat.
I don't eat lamb at all, or any game or offal.
The best tasting meat is lamb and especially in a curry or hotpot - but as I'd rather see the little darlings running and jumping in a field I never eat it now.
A close second is venison but likewise I'd rather see the deer drinking from a stream as I have recently.
I'm not a vegetarian by the way and my favourites are fillet, T-bone or rib-eye steak.
