I am wondering...
I am wondering what is the lowest fat "proper" meal you could eat as in not salad or a bowl of cereal.
Anyone know? Or maybe another way to look at it; what could you eat quite a lot of on a bad day and not have too many effects?! Any ideas? I wish the answer was chicken curry with boiled rice! Or pasta and green pesto wth chillies! But alas i think this would be a dream! |

If I want something pretty healthy I usually have some kind of stir fry and use loads of veggies!!! It can be very filling!!!
Another trick is to have your "normal" evening meal but have less of the carb and protein and make the majority of the meal salad or vegetables.... |

Why though? Fat isn't all bad. Also calories come as carbs too, not just fat.

I live by the 80/20 principle. I eat healthily 80% of the time and still have the occasional treat here and there. Life's too short.....However our body is our temple
