Despite being clearly bullied last week which was not on. She does not seem to have any obvious skills to contribute. Can't remember what her daytime job is, but she seems pretty dopey and useless to be honest. Will be gone at the next opportunity.

She seemed to be missing in action during last nights episode and didn't do much in week 1 or 2 either. She's not stupid though, but she's not bonding with any of the other girls, and that is not going to help her in future tasks.

Isn't she the one who supposedly turned down the opportunity while at university to be a stunt double for a Bond girl in a scuba diving sequence in one of the films?

I don't think we've seen the real Lucinda yet, just the beret and the fishnets. She needs to contribute something fast, or yes, she will be on borrowed time.

Dont forget that we started with 16 candidates and of 2 days of filming the task we get to see as little as 30 mins of footage. Obviously they use more footage of the ones who are going to be in the boardroom, so we dont realy no how much each person has done so far. I like her, I think she will be project manager next week and we will see what she's made of.

I think she is too eccentric for the show. Jenny and her adoring hench-puppets - Lindi and the Irish girl are always on her case but she doesn't endear herself to those who may be more supportive of her...Helene, Sara, Clare.

Lucinda doesn't seem to have done anything of note so far. She has come across as being quite weak-willed.

Quite a few of the girls have (and I hate using this phrase....) flown under the radar.

From what I saw of her in the first episode she seems a lot more academically intelligent than practical. She also looks like the kind of person Sir Alan would think: "tw*t" about and fire at the first opportunity, which is why I'm still in shock over him firing Shazia over her or Jenny (who was just a monstrous bitch).

I'm with you on that one. I thought I was watching Russ Abbott doing See you Jimmy.

Margaret Mountford did praise her a little in an interview I read however, so maybe in the coming weeks she will show her stuff. It has only been three weeks and this week the girls weren't really the focus. It was mostly Claire & Sara on their team.

Did she not write one order yesteday in code?

The other girls are clearly gunning for her and she's under a lot of pressure. Jenny has been very unpleasant to her in front of others who have said nothing. It's hard to know what she could do if she felt comfortable.

In last night's show she looked as if she was gonna burst into tears at any time.
Dynamic she ain't.

I will say she is refreshing change from all the other clones there.

Featured in the preview for next week so suspect she maybe appearing in the boardroom again.

Well it looks like it may kick off with her next week, although she may walk or be fired with someone else. There are two many candidates for the weeks left (I think) so I think someone will go in another way than being fired

I thought she looked like she might cry again in the last episode, but then I thought that actually she just looked like she had a cold.

I for one think Lucinda may be around for a while yet - she is a character and actually seems to have some depth to her (unlike most of the candidates who are all 'sales'). It would be good for ratings if she could be around long enough to see off that dreadful bully Jenny.

I like her, she seems a bit psychotic.

Mind they all do in that show.

After having to look up who she was on the BBC site to remind me of who is who , I tend to agree with you on this.

I think it's early days for certain characters to shine on a highly edited show and it's the loudmouths, aggressives or the eccentrics (in this case Lucinda has got her own air time for this so far)

I think Lindi, Claire and Jenny are right in your face types, who have proved nothing much in terms of leadership other than bullying or loudmouthing their way through so far. I'm not impressed with any of these three.

I don't even know if I like Lucinda yet...as we've only seen her at the receiving end of the other three. I don't know if it's down to pure editing, or if she's a weak character, or the others are really laying into her and trying to scapegoat her. From what I've seen so far, my hunch is the latter as the same three culprits have nothing much going for them in the brains dept.

I would like to feel sorry for her but I just can't.

She seems to somehow keep ending up on the winning team? Clearly she did not know what she was doing with the PC and the photos.

She stated this and Helene still put her on this task but if she wasn't out of the way and in the back. I would be struggling to think where her "skillls" could be utilised?

I'm not clear what her skills are! Anyone know what she thinks she's good at?

Lucinda is one of at least 3 - 4 who should not have made it through the auditions.

They seem to go for "types" to make "good television".

This is unfair, as it keeps out some people who might actually be good at running projects
