Euronews Ch 620 has gone widescreen.
Good spot, it needed this as the aspect ratio was all over the place previously. They seem to have overhailed their presentation too.

EuroNews is an excellent channel in my opinion.

Cinemoi started today on channel 445.
Bump for that, I didn't notice it at the time. It is an all-French cinema channel, showing some pretty good stuff.

Channel One, +1 and OD content now left VM.
Living channels rebranded Sky Living.
Cinemoi now a subscription channel.

Sadly (but no surprise) no new channels added.

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!

FX HD now carries subtitles. Sky Living HD has now stopped carrying subtitles since it's transition from Living HD.

POP content is in the Kids On Demand service, it hasn't left completely

True Entertainment has arrived on channel 189. Curious numbering, though - from what I have seen of tonight's viewing, it's a movie channel. Daytime TV may be different, I'll check on this later tonight.

True Entertainment is in the Entertainment section on Sky as well. While it does mostly show movies, there are the odd other programmes thrown in too. You can check out the full schedule at http://www.truemovies.com/tvguide/in...cID=3&selDay=0

It's labelled correctly, the ITV1+1 West region covers Wales, West and Westcountry franchises with ITV1 Wales output.

Tiny Pop is (only 1 series) but that channel is still on VM. Wasn't that there anyway?

I cannot see anything from POP, nor a section for it either.

Subtitles now available on ITV1 HD and Channel 4HD. E4 HD should carry them soon.

I have just checked and we still have an 811 Zing with EPG info here in Lincolnshire. I can't watch it as I don't subscribe to the asian channels. Has it been removed altogether?

Yes, it just has a slate saying it is no longer available

It hasn't closed down though, it's still available for free on satellite

It has been reported FX seems to be available to 'L' Customers right now although no on screen banner is appearing advising of this.

Racing UK appears to be free right now, I only have M TV but it is available although I have not read about any planned freeview, it is still scrambled on Sky.

I'm sure we'll get it, when the novelty wears off. Given the low audience figures for this channel, (which I suspect Sky must find disappointing), this might be sooner rather than later as throwing this amount of money into a channel that does not have much audience share is commercially unviable.

Sky will soon work out that people aren't switching to or opting for Sky as opposed to cable or the other alternatives simply on the basis that the Sky satellite platform carries this channel. Once that happens, they will make a policy decision to cease promoting its exclusivity and look for something else that will bring in new customers (such as more 3D than any other provider). I think that either by the end of the summer or the turn of the year, Sky will bring the wholesale price down and VM will carry it.

I hope I'm right about that, because otherwise I'll have to buy the box set of the next series of 'Mad Men'!
