A whole lot of new Sky On Demand stuff has just appeared, or has perhaps just been made more visible. Presumably only Sky subscribers get it.

Under On Demand\TV Choice on Demand there is now Sky Anytime Movies and Sports as well as the TV Choice XL and TV Choice options.

Quite a lot of stuff under movies, not so much on sports.

That's right and it's the same on Sky. You have to subscribe to dual movies to watch any Sky Movies content on demand.

Aside from that PBS has a placeholder on channel 243 in anticipation of it's Nov 1 launch.

I have no way of knowing if it's fact but I have read it's available from M+ upwards.

I only have M TV so cannot see the slate.

Shame the bit rates are so low, CBS Action is almost unwatchable. Me, I'd like Al Jezeera, as the Freeview channel hours are too restricted.

Agreed, but for the meantime get a Freesat HD box/recorder, as NHK no longer broadcast in SD

I not going to get a Freesat box and a satellite dish just to get one channel that i actually will watch ie CBS Drama

I think CBS Drama will come to Virgin Media next year now that Virgin Media have CBS Action.

I wonder why VM doesn't have this. you'd think it would be an easy one to help them boost HD output.

Yeah I think so too. we got Horror, CBS Reality, and CBS Action. I think Drama may just be around the corner.

Ch 555 removed as no longer needed for TiVo live events viewing.
Ch 554 remains with barker containing purchasing instructions.

They are the wrong instructions so they need updated.

To purchase live events go to Home > Catch Up & On Demand > More On Demand > Live Events > from there, pick from Current and Bookable Events and follow the on screen instructions

TiVo PPV events are watched from Home > Catch Up & On Demand > More On Demand > Your Rentals

" PPV Live Events Help " has been removed from Virgin Media Channel 554.

To purchase live events on TiVo go to Home > Catch Up & On Demand > Pay Per View > Live Events > from there, pick from Current and Bookable Events and follow the on screen instructions

To watch Live events on TiVo go to Home > Catch Up & On Demand > Pay Per View > Your Rentals > Live Events.

BBC HD has moved up a position on the channel guide (it now appears on bottom of a page instead of the top of the page it was on). Anyone know what channel has gone?

I do believe it's Diva TV.
