Have they ever actually said so or is it just forum chinese whispers? Being full was the reason why Arsenal TV wasn't able to launch straight away and other channels - Al Jazeera English comes to mind - have also said that there is no room to be able to launch their channel. |

VM have both claimed and denied that they are bandwidth constrained. It depends on what they want to spin at the time.
