Strangely vintage tv is in vms XL package yet vintage tvs website says "available for free on sky , freesat and virgin media"
The Virgin Media website says it is in M+
http://store.virginmedia.com/digital...els/index.html

and Vintage TV CEO said " When we launch on Virgin Media we will be on the basic package, which is the least expensive and has the fewest music channels. "

Not a changelog entry just yet.

From France24:
"Keep a close eye on your TV screens via Virgin Media over the next coming weeks and you may be in for a nice surprise."

When added:
France 24 English - channel 624
France 24 Francois (another VM exclusive?) - channel 832

Which some people might like; and they deserve channels as much as the rest of us.

It would be nice if DW TV could also be brought back into the lineup.

The foreign news channels aren't essential for most people but they are a good source of information and a vital link for some people from the countries in question.

Both versions of France 24 are now available on channels 624 & 832. With Vintage's launch as well, this has been a great few days for new channels so far as I'm concerned!

That shouldn't be the case as the information from Virgin says

Will I be able to keep my recorded Disney Cinemagic shows?

Any films or shows you’ve recorded from the Disney Cinemagic channel onto your TiVo box or V+ HD Box will be there to enjoy until 28 June 2013. After that, they’ll no longer be available to watch.

Looking at TiVo EPG on 30th of April Discovery Travel and Living says 'Channel Is No Longer Available' from 6am so it's closing

It also looks like Discovery Real time becomes TLC on the same date.

DigiGuide now has a placeholder for TLC on 168; which is a channel number not currently in use, according to their latest Channel Guide.

I will double check this with my TiVo box as the Channel Guide Linked above is saying from 01 May 2013 when we are still in April, so it has not got the May 2013 Channel Listings changes like what we have been expecting

A couple of days ago Digiguide on my PC has listed the channels as.

167. TLC
168. TLC HD
169. TLC+1

I agree, it's so much improved now. However, XL only costs £2 less than Sky's Entertainment Extra+ that includes all non premium HD channels and 3D, and of course Sky Atlantic.

Obviously XL currently includes ESPN but we know that closes down soon so I assume the new additions are in anticipation of that happening. But if BT Sport is included in XL then that would be exceptional value.

TV XL is £24.50 so £7 cheaper than Sky's equivalent and includes library content, 32 HD channels (from end of April) and 7000 on demand music videos.
