We already have Mutant X and Andromeda etc in TV choice so I think that this has already happened.

Sorry didn't realise, sci-fi is something which I avoid with a passion.

WHAT?

Shut down the only channel in the UK aimed at teenagers, to replace it with a timeshift channel of a timeshift channel, have Virgin lost their minds?

Is it just me or has the picture quality got much better since it has changed to Comedy Central? The logo seems more sharp as well

I'm on the M TV package, and when you go to Comedy Central a message pops up saying that it's free to view on my package until 4th May, when it'll only be free on L and above packages.

What the f*ck?

Flicking around, I can't see that I've gained a channel elsewhere, so how the hell do they justify that?

Gutted about this. We watched Paramount a lot.

Wasn't Paramount always a L Package channel?

Yes.

Paramount Comedy 1 was large.
+1 and 2 were XL

I have always had P1, P1+1 and P2 and AFAIK I'm not on XL. Maybe these are moving up to the next package as well...

Four of Bauer's digital radio stations - Q, Kerrang, S,ash Hits and Heat - have been removed from the ex-ntl platform. The stations had never been available in former Telewest region.

This removal took place at the same time as Bauer decided to remove these stations from Sky Digital.

Sony TV Asia is having a free view untill the 7th July. I have just spotted it now. Not sure when it started.

I really think that Virgin should include some of the Asian channels in the TV-XL package. I know it is down to carriage deals though.

Sky include Star One, Gold, Plus and News in their mixes, as well as having Zee Music, B4U Music free-to-air.

Couldn't Virgin include say Zee Music, B4U Music and Star News in the TV-XL pack. It would be a start.
