I am gonna do a google soon about it..... but does anybody here eat gluten free bread?

I usually buy it from Asda, but you have to toast them first before eating..... is this the case with all g/f breads?

I don't eat gluten free, but Spelt is very low in glutens and I find doesn't make me bloated and unwell, like normal bread. You can get it in Waitrose and proper bakeries.

Have never seen it in the big 4 supermarkets though.
