Golden syrup Oatso Simple (Quaker Oats brand), with sugar on the top which melts if left to stand, then a little bit of cold milk on the top too - yum!

I actually had a full English today too - was away for the weekend so decided to be naughty and have breakkie at the hotel before I came back to London!!!

Normally I have a slice of wholemeal toast though and weekends may have the occasional bacon sarnie!
