picture blurry

Hi,

My Dad has just bought the Samsung LE26S86BDX/XEU 26in HD Ready Digital LCD TV from argos.

I went round to connect it up for him last wednesday but not very happy with the picture. It has a built in freeview but even when we watch through Sky the picture is slightly blurry....on football matches the players have a haze around them.

I have tried to change this using the "sharpness" control but still no joy.

I bought a JVC LCD last month and the picture on football matches don't have that "haze"

anyone have any idea's what I can do ?

many thanks

George

you need to set the sky box to rgb and use ( usually ) scart 1 , ( rgb enabled ) , however you may just have to get used to it , i bet there is one thing you dont know , all the lcd's / plasmas are fed from a high def source , so then you get it home and feed it standard def .......... , i am sure you can work the rest out
