Did you get given any of these with all the herbs ahnd spices included?

And are there some you never use?

What do I use bay leaves for? Turmeric? celery salt?

Bay leaves you can use in spag bog sauce and casseroles,Tumeric for curries,celery salt just a little when making your own prawn cocktail sauce!

I had one of those racks but it just gathered bloody dust! also there is a shelf life with spices/herbs.

Bay leaves for stews,soups,kedgeree,salmon,roast duck,lamb kebabs and curries.
Tumeric for stews,tomato dishes and curries. Tumeric stops you getting Alzheimers.
Celery salt is good for dipping hard boiled quails eggs into. Good for mayonnaise,stews,soups,egg,chicken and popcorn. Some people use it round the rim of a glass serving a bloody mary.
