Well if it is Simon I for one won't be watching the rest of the series or in fact any future series. I nearly didn't bother watching last week after the Jenny not going scenario.

Claire also turns on Simon in the programme this week. Looks like he is up against it.

She'd turn on herself if she thought it'd help her win though!

True. She does seem to want to take charge all the time and is like a bull in a china shop when she doesnt get her own way.

Claire seems to turn on anyone and everyone. I cannot warm to that girl at all - she's the office bitch. And her accent drives me nuts - the way she stretches words is really babyish.

At least the delicious Rafe sneaks thru to another week - if the spoilers are correct.

I think one of the weakest men is Kevin.

I liked Simon, but this is hardly up there with Shazia's firing for being "monumentally unfair". He was PM, he did make some errors and failed to control his team.

I think you could make a case for "unfair", but not "monumentally unfair".

I hope not after tonight's performance, I thought her 'I don't have the ability' crap was absolutely outrageous

I wouldn't even say unfair - he failed in a huge way, pathetic management and terrible people skills

I agree. I hate to say it cos he seems a really decent bloke.... but he was PM and he deserved it. As opposed to Shazia who was fired for no real reason.

Personally I would go as far as to consider it "monumentally unfair" given the very blatant awfulness of Alex and Claire, manifested both in their attitudes to the task and the leader of that task, and also in their duplicitous and save-my-skin antics in the boardroom. Terrible. One of them should have surely gone.

Though, for overall worst performance this week I'm definitely looking at Helene as the most worthy candidate for a firing.

Sad to see Simon go. He may not have been the "best", but he was definitely the most likeable, and made watching this bunch of odious rejects a lot more enjoyable.
