Want To Buy A Good Quality LCD TV/DVD Combi - Any Suggestions Please?
I bought the 22" UMC LCD TV/DVD from Tesco but none of my dvds will play on it so I had to return it. Could someone please recommend a good quality LCD TV/DVD combi please? It needs to be at least 22" or more. I am willing to pay up to £250.

There's no such thing, all are cheap rubbish - buy a separate TV and DVD player, a far better idea.

Agree with Nigel. The big name companies like Sony or Panasonic are not interested in making them anymore. If they did they but probably be a good £100-200 more than the supermarket specials, making them uncompetative. In the end they just desided not to bother. By definition the cheap ones in the supermarkets that have a random collection of letters for thier "brand" name generally are quite poor.

Yep.
Spend the bulk of the money on as decent a TV as you can get and then £20 extra on a cheapo DivX DVD player. |
