According to The Register, Tiscali is after selling up! Even worse, Carphone Warehouse with its pain-in-the-as* TalkTalk service is eyeing up the offer.

One Tel/Centrica Telecoms incl Just-Dial
AOL Broadband
Tiscali has over 2Million customers some of which have Tiscali TV service, I see another quad-play firm appearing, because Carphone warehouse already offers TalkTalk Homephone,TalkTalk Broadband,Mobile World,TalkTalk Mobile,Fresh Mobile,Take5 mobile and maybe soon Tiscali TV!
Tiscali already acquired:
Pipex which also acquired Bulldog from C&W

This is a clear sign of too much competition. Virgin Media is probably likely to launch an off-net ADSL cable service like Tiscali TV which would be heavy competition for TopupTV and SKY.
