Its the best way to do it. I dont need a machine just lots and lots and lots of kneeding . and it gets cooked in the oven when i make my dinner with my other food. Actually its the best one so far
have a look

Hi, that actually looks pretty good.

I have thought about making my own bread for a while. Please can you let me know how you made it and I shall give it a bash?

ok
1lb 2oz of bread flour
1oz of butter
1 and a half tsp of salt
a pack of dried fast yeast
and 9 fluid ounces of warm water
hunny

mix flour butter and salt together in a bowl
stir in yeast
add the water while mixing and make it into a dough
then kneed like a deamon for the next 15 mins or more or get a mixer and get dough hooks and let it get mixed by that instead for about 10 mins then leave in a warm place to rise (double in size)
put in a greased 1lb tin and bake for about 40 mins on 230 C or gas mark 8

but make sure you kneed it a lot and mix it up a lot thats the secret to really good bread add honey or suger to make it crusty

that usally works for me, good luck if it works post a pic.

Just for info, so you don't perpetuate the slight error, the verb is knead, not kneed.

I only knead mine for about 5-10 mins.... Make 3 loaves per batch and then freeze 2.....I've never used butter in my recipe!
