Me.
I'll be cooking, as usual.
No idea what though.

I'm full after a day in Portsmouth so it's beer and a Ginsters Chicken and Mushroom slice. My wife will fend for herself as she finishes work at 2am tomorrow.

Quite simple today. Spaghetti and red pesto. Other half is doing the honours.

Wild mushroom paté, a few cherry tomatoes and some chunks of crusty bread... followed by a decent sized bit of Sirloin with a nice big jacket spud, some closed cup mushrooms, beer battered onion rings, fresh green peas and a big dollop of wholegrain mustard... followed by some lurvely bread and butter pudding. Bought it all at Tesco when I went home for lunch earlier, been looking forward all afternoon to finishing work so I can get home and begin the evening festivities! Oh, it'll be washed down by a generous helping of Tesco Imperial Vodka and Tesco Kick!!!

You can't beat pesto pasta for a fantastically quick week day dinner when you just can't be bothered to make anything complicated

Oooh, and it's amazing for topping homemade pizzas

Cod mornay and mash.

I've been munching my way through the Gourmet Burger Kitchen menu for the last few days and it's time for a change.
