Thanks for the link - very interesting. Although, after a quick browse I didn't seem to find anything useful . Pity there is no service menu in the software, seemingly. The troubleshooting section doesn't look very impressive - no wonder all the broken ones end up on ebay, etc .

Yes more interesting than useful, but better than nothing. They, almost casually, mention the standby button reboot in the troubleshooting section though.
