How do I get Subtitles on ITV Catchup
I am profoundly deaf and I need subtitles for viewing programmes.
I have been trying to catchup on my ITV programmes using ITV/catchup service and although the information given tells me that various programmes have subtitles (s) but when I try to play them I do not get them, can anyone tell me how to get them. Many thanks in advance |

I'm not sure off hand but of you look at S4C media player catch up that tells you how to get subtitles so it might be the same otherwise email broadbandhelp@itv.com

Had a look on the FAQ and it doesn't seem they have subtitles on their player.

ITV's catch-up service is sh*te of the highest order. Never works for me.
They must look at the Iplayer and weep. |

Just got an email back from them telling me that they do not carry subtitles (although their information page tells us they do) but judging from the previous post I am not missing anything.
