Hes the guy who owns I think 8 theatres and has years of expereince which people pay attention too. His word means something in the musical world.

Ashley is not my favourite but she is in my top four so I gave her a few votes tonight, there is something very likeable about her she had a twinkle in her eye tonight when being critiqued(sp).

exactly. looks have no bearing on the part. it's called make up and Nancy isn't a supermodel type anyway.

That is because the show don't show anything of her personality! Ashley is one of the most memorable people I have ever met-and people always remember her becuase of her humour and amazing personality-she is so fun loving. It is really sad this has not come across as EVERYONE who knows her knows it!

I quite liked Ashley last night. I thought she delivered a good, and appropriate, interpretation of the song.
I still love Ashley, and she was one of my favourites of the night; but what was that dress? If you can call it that! It was simply horrible, she pulled it off quite well though.
it would be great if Ashley won IDA (i hope jodie will tho) cos can you imagine ALW's face.... it would be a classic.....
She got a few mentions in the Queen Vic - obviously people are seeing what a wonderful actress she is!!! I hate that they don't do enough of it during Saturdays show. Nancy is mainly an acting role - who cares if the girls can sing pop!!! It's nothing to do with playing Nancy!!! Ashley could play that part no bother!
Ashley was the outstanding performance for me this week. Thought it was absolutely brilliant, witty, well acted, thought out and performed so differently to what I expected,. Go on Ashley. Glad to see that she stood out in the acting, a lot of them struggle and with no real Cockneys in there for me she is the best for the job.
