The girls really are absolutely dreadful this year
Looking back over the years of the show, you cannot find any good qualities in the females this year, either as people or ability wise.
Best sales person in Europe yeah right! Lindi looks like she took a wrong turn at auditions, I think she really meant to audition for Big Brother. Lucinda the one that got bullied, not on, however she does not seem to have any abilities either. The red haired bully is just awful as well. Claire looks like she belongs on the make-up counter at Debenhams. I could go on. |

See I think Lindi SHOULD have gone to Big Brother - I love her and she may have done well!!
I agree BTW Helene MAY be a dark horse but the jury is out... |

I think Helene could definetely become a strong contender , as hinted by Nick and Margaret in the Mirror a few weeks ago.

I disagree.
I think Jennifer (the Irish lass?), Sara and Helene have potential. After last week's display, are you suggesting the boys are much better? Anyway, they are mixed up this week which is a far more interesting and realisting working scenario. |

I'm not convinced she was the reason the girls won though. The boys were utterly hopeless. |

I have to completely disagree.
I think stong contenders to actually win (between all 13) are Sara, Clarie, Helene and Jennifer. Even Lucinda - I definitely think she's a dark horse. I can't see Jenny doing well (ginger) and Lindi, we'll just wait and see

Sara and Helene both look like very strong contenders. Jennifer has something of the dark horse about her, and Claire's not bad - definitely self-centred enough to go far. Don't know about Lucinda yet, but she seems quite capable when she's not mysteriously irritating people to the point of them bullying her.
Simon and Raef are the only boys I could name. The others are either stupid (Lee, Alex) or have ridiculous personalities (Michael, Kevin). |

I like Simon and Raef best out of the boys so far, they seem to have the most potential. I hope neither of them have fluffed it by now!
I thought Shazia was good but of course she has gone. Helene may be OK. Lindi is a hoot but can't see her as a contender. Not mad about any of the other girls. |

Going on what we've seen so far the only girls who seem to have any sense are Sara and Helene. Claire could prove herself to be a strong candidate in the next few weeks if she stays around. Not keen on Lindi especially; during the laundry task she seemed completely incapable of thinking for herself.
Maybe they'll do better in mixed teams with the men this week...

I think the men are useless.
Alex and Raef are over rated but, no doubt, very smart. Lee is, well, Lee Mcqueen. Then we have Kevin who is not winning material at all. That just leaves us with Simon and Michael who will get the furthest out of the boys IMO. Neither will win |

No, I don't like any of them. Sara and Helene are less objectionable but still...

I genuinely can't spot a winner - not one of them has been genuinely impressive out of those that are left
Raef at a push but he's too much of a plum |

Sara is the only girl I like so far. Maybe Jennifer could be a potential contender, but at the moment, I can't take her seriously because she rates herself as the best saleswoman in Europe and boasts that she can sell pieces of paper for £50! She'll either be a good candidate or good comedy value down the line!
![]() I can't help but think Lindi might have potential, but I can't take her seriously neither because of the hotline suggestion and how she genuinely believed it was a good idea! I don't think I've seen enough of Lucinda, all I've seen of her is how the likes of Jenny and Helene have put her down, so I hope she gets to be leader so she can prove herself. But the men in general are pretty useless too, especially now that Simon's gone! I like Raef though, that's about it. |

"The girls really are absolutely dreadful this year"
Yet three boys have been fired to one girl. Generalisation, much? |

I too get their names mixed up. When earlier I said Helene was good, I didn't mean her, I meant the Irish girl. Confused? You will be....
Thought Claire was absolutely horrible tonight. |

Sara looks good and her CV which Margaret and Nick moaned about as selling cars is pretty practical and strong. She won her task by getting cost and price around the right way which is an A* performance on this series.
Helene should have disqualified herself with the ludicrous decision to employ Lucinda as IT officer. Clare may be even more difficult but she's not that poor in the judgement stakes. Jennifer - who knows? |

No I like Jennifer. I think her boast about best saleswoman in Europe was just the sort of hyperbole she said to get on the show. The contestants always feel the need to carry on the persona. She reminds me of Kristina who shoulda won last years. I hope to see a bit more of her next week.
I thought Helena was good until she put Lucinda on the computer but she still won so maybe she has something about her. |

I have to agree with the girls;
Lucinda; wimp Lindi; thick Helene; aggressive Jenny; bully Claire; sly Jennifer; flying under the radar Sara is the only female candidate this year I quite like, but she doesn't seem a likely winner |

The only task so far that's been won with any aplomb was the laundry task when Simon took command and was out in front of all of them. None of teams who win have done so because they have been a class act but because the other team has been more inept. Once any of them put on the project manager's hat power goes to their head and Simon was no exception when after trying too hard he just became flaky.
Raef the raging tiger has disappeared and instead he's become a pussycat. As each week goes by it's only the snarling made by the girls that’s memorable and I never thought I'd say it but ...... I'm missing Katie.

Yeah I have to say that all the girls do this year is bitch and whine about each other CONSTANTLY rather than getting anything done. They seem to be more interested in the power play than the tasks.
That said, the same could be said of the boys as well. It's like they all realised how much fuss katie got last year for being a cow and decided it was the way to go. |

This years women are the bitchiest yet, it's mostly guys that have faced sir Al.
Claire is the standout, a gobby cow, there's no way Alan will employ her. Sara looks the same. Jennifer has done SOD-ALL so far. Jenny is plain hideous. And Lucinda is negative and useless. Only Helene stand out in my eyes. |

Well I am cheering on Lucinda - at least long enough for her to see off the 3 bullies (Jenny, Helene and Claire).
I'm starting to think Michael may end up doing rather well - not sure why but Nick and Margaret seemed to imply recently that he would last. |
