I wonder why Lucinda was selected for the show.
If she has any talents or attributes they are very well-hidden. |

I was put off Helene last night for blatantly tying to set up Lucinda. Everytime the camera cut to her, she was either eating or drinking and quite happy to watch Lucinda struggling on the computer instead of offering to try and help her.
I still like Sara out of all the girls. I'm not impressed with any of the others so far. The only female who has had the least edits is the Irish girl............I wonder why? It's as though she's been kept under wraps for a later show. |

I agree the girls are awful this year. They seem to be too busy back-stabbing, sniping and bitching to just get on with anything. I think if they did get offered a position of power as winner, it would go straight to their head and I feel sorry for anyone who would have to work under them. They seem to have no concept of the word 'team work' or how to motivate someone and seem to revel in destroying someones confidence. With the excpetion of probably 2 of them.

This was edited badly, I think Lucinda's LAZINESS is the issue here. In 4 weeks she has contributed approximatly diddly squat!
Helene was simply at the end of her tether For Lucinda to say 'I'm no good technogically' is unnaceptable when she is trying to work for Alan's electronic-based company. She has to go. |

![]() ..and yet this week, she looked like she was positively setting Lucinda up to take the fall. |

Lucinda doesn't need any help for that.

really? Better make sure you've got a steady supply of teabags.
Or go all the way and just get some horse tranquiliser. Seriously though , Sara and Jennifer are the only ones with a realistic chance of being employed by SAS now as the others are either useless or despised by the general public. |

That annoyed me as well - Helene appeared to spend the entire duration standing around stuffing her face. That's a hell of a way to "lead" a team.
The girls in general are pretty damn useless. It certainly seems like a much bitchier bunch all round this year. I have no problems with the fact that they have to be tactical and strong to survive, but to sit there and admit that you have even less technical ability than the person you have delegated the task to and then slate them for their failings, not try and find an alterntive solution to the problem, and just watch your project collapse as a result (whilst stuffing your face throughout) is about as ruthless as you can get. ![]() This summed up Helene for me this week. |

Thought Claire was absolutely horrible tonight.

Well I am cheering on Lucinda - at least long enough for her to see off the 3 bullies (Jenny, Helene and Claire).

And to think in series one I thought Sara Khan was an abrasive, arrogant cow but compared with this bunch of fishwives she was a pussycat.
It's a great shame that this show has degenerated into a big brother lite freak show. I also think they deliberately selected Lucinda knowing she would be mistreated which if true is utterly deplorable. It was bad enough last year with one poisonous, fame crazed wannabe - now we've got at least four to cope with. God I wish Lucinda would reveal hidden depth and wipe the floor with them - I won't hold my breath though. |

I think this is mostly an artefact of the editing. We get shown all the mistakes, and rarely the good ideas. For example, we weren't told who's idea it was to sell tickets to the pub grub last week, or who thought of the celebrity lookalike theme this week. There has been some creativity and I think it's mostly been from the women.
Shazia: looked very promising, if only she'd not abandoned her post in ep1. Claire: very strong, everything she says is right, if only she wasn't so abrasive. Sara: strong, one of the best project leaders so far. Jenny: poor to middling. Did badly as project leader. Helene: strong. Made one mistake as project leader in expecting too much of Lucinda, but otherwise seemed to get everything right. Lucinda: still an unknown quantity. I like the way she's stuck up for herself. Lindi: creative, but without good judgement. Needs someone to take her in hand. Jennifer: strong, but she rarely makes the edit. I reckon a lot of the good ideas have been hers. So Jenny is the only poor one so far. |

I think Jennifer has been too low profile so far to make a judgement on her ability. |

I think everything has been covered so far. The few things I would add.
I have not noticed that the editing has gone into complete overdrive, concentrating more on flaws, bitching and unneccesary fights. Maybe they have a new editor who thinks the only way to increase the ratings further is to edit more of the negatives than the positives. Who knows if in the last three series there were more negatives but they chose to show us more of the positive side of the contestants-that is if some of you saw it that way. They never use to show us much of the house-now there are more and more glimpses of them. For instance show a glimpse of Raef in the shower, Raef in his pink jumper-there is a thread about this. Lucinda,Jennifer and Helene arguing at the dinner table. The boys playing football etc etc.(Jut like the American Apprentice) I am begining to get very suspicious of 'Talk back Thames' motives', as they are responsible for the production of this show. Are putting big brother into the apprentice. As for the personalities. I think that could have gone negative. I hope and I know they would have done a psychological analysis of all the contestants. I could imagine them using the MBTI-it a psychological tool that puts suitable people into teams or groups. In this case they could have gone negative on this test by putting in the personalities that are likely to clash-the big brother syndrome. Mind you it does not mean people do not clash in business but there is a proper way of ding it. I know this is a competition-competive spirit could turn nasty as we have seen so far among the girls and some boys. STOP!! Babeth. |

I have to agree with the girls;
Lucinda; wimp Lindi; thick Helene; aggressive Jenny; bully Claire; sly Jennifer; flying under the radar Sara is the only female candidate this year I quite like, but she doesn't seem a likely winner the rest are a disgrace..especially jenny c,helene and claire..ugly bullies. |
