Does anyone own one? Its the 32" Ambilight LCD

My neighbour just bought a new one and she asked me to help.

The instruction manual isn't very good IMO

Pressing the text button on digital channels just brings up the old analogue text screen saying nothing available and does not seem to activate digital text

Also, can you access Red button functions on the TV. The red button on the remote brings up a demo of the functions
