...what would it be, in terms of constructive advice, as if you were a (good) judge??

Personally I'd:

1) Confess my love to sarah, tell her she deserves a better part than Nancy but to keep trying and getting her name out there!

2) Tell Fran to be as good as I know she can be, from her auditions! She hasn't matched any of them for me yet

3) Tell Ashley that I miss warmth from her - I need a Nancy I care about, and when she gets killed I really feel it. I'm not sure yet I'd care enough, but if I could really get that connection from her, I would.

4) Tell Rachel and Keisha to tone it down, I don't believe their acting one jot.

5) Tell Samantha to give a great performance all the way through a song - for the last two weeks for me, I've enjoyed the second half of her performance, but it's taken me too long to get into them.

I'd tell Samantha not to be bothered about the criticism. She has a superb voice and great deal of talent and will go very far even if she isn't Nancy


I'd tell Jodie to stop being so irritating in her VTs and to tone down the Bet Lynch act

I'd tell them all to sing something from a musical. We aren't voting for a pop star or anything like that. (okay, I'd also tell ALW that along with whoever else makes the decisions)

I'm so glad that annoys someone else as much as it does me. I hated it in Maria when everyone said Sibhoan (which I STILL can't spell!!) would make a good pop star, and this series with Sam and Niamh. We're not looking for a pop star, so why are they on the show if that's all we're going to say?!

Good idea, i'd love to get hold of some of the Nancy's. I'm no proffesional judge but this is what I myself think.

Sarah - If you don't get Nancy it won't be down to lack of talent
Jodie - Keep the emotional, thoughtful Jodie around
Ashley - Brilliant performance last week, we need to see warm caring Nancy
Niamh - Calm down the voice when your doing up tempo songs
Fran - Watch your pitching don't get so into it that it causes you to be all over the palce vocally!
Keisha - Your brilliant, Nancy may not be what the audience wants for you but I'm sure we'll be seeing you soon.
Jessie - Make sure your missions/acting go well and you'll walk it
Rachel - Don't go mad when performing calm it down.
Sam - Don't let your nerves get to you, give it all you have.

Id tell Rachel not too calm down, she is performing the song, not just the words, they're casting for a WEST END play. Performance is everything.

Every time Rachel sings it reminds me of Hazel O'Connor performing 'Eighth Day'; way over the top!

I'd tell Jessie that shes bloomin brilliant and should focus on her acting to win this competition easily!! And that shes rather stunning!

I'd tell them not to get downhearted, whatever happens, and remember how well the Maria's and the Joseph's have done.

Whisper it quietly, but it really doesn't matter who gets Nancy in career terms- it's about being up there.

I agree - It also annoys me when she reaches ou and places her hand right in front of her face. I think she's really beautiful, but then blocks it all out with her hand, and it makes it difficult to read her expressions!!

I tell them, don't get your hopes up!!!
