I love Horseradish!!!!
Who's with me?
It's beautiful in a roast beef sandwich or when you're eating a joint or steak. That intense fiery burn in your nose! Ahhhh lovely!!!

I love it. And not only on roast beef dinners and roast beef sandwiches. It's brilliant with smoked mackerel, black pudding, good sausages, hot cooked beetroot and fried eggs.
Though not all together But you never know!

If you like Horsradish, then try the mother of all horsradish - Wasabi. Can be off putting that it is green, but tastes great in sandiwches, roasts and steaks.
I love this on steak or roast beef, so much better and stronger flavour then the white horsradish we get here. |

Something brilliant I once had at a Japanese restaurant was wasabi flavoured green peas, served as a snack like peanuts. I don't know if you can buy them, or whether the restaurant made them.

You'd probably find them in a Julian Graves, too. |
