Jennifer - if she hadn;t made the silly "I am the strongest sales person in Europe" comment we would have seen her differently
Jennifer seems to fulfil the "Michelle" (or Simon) role well and Michael has done a good job of avoiding responsibility and accountability/judgement.
Lindi has managed to avoid being criticised and held to account for her frequent failings - and is in a stronger position than she deserves.

I think you're talking about Lee McQueen (Mr Third Person). I think he could do well and so could Jennifer. No one really stands out for me though.
