Best Maggie moment for me this week was right at the start when Simon was talking about all his camera knowledge, and she just rolled her eyes - had me in stitches!

Go Margaret!!!! Give her the six figure salary.

I think they can both be a bit too harsh at times though. No need to roll her eyes at Simon with the camera stuff!

Nicks faces are always good for a laugh, he went totally overboard in his reaction to the Britney lookalike, twas funny. How expressive can you get without words! God he's one miserable sod though isn't he.

Nick and Margaret have had more input in the boardroom so far than in any previous series.

Nick's reaction to the Britney Spears lookalike made me LOL on You're Fired!

I bet her salary is sky-high already! Well deserved, too.

Margaret's finest hour so far.

Alex really thought he'd got away with that one as well.

She was brilliant last night, I very much enjoyed the input of herself & Nick, they are the best part of the show IMO.

Nick was on You're Fired a few times last year and was hilarious, I would love to see Margaret appear on that show.

Did she mean guerilla or gorilla because I thought she meant gueriila, and Trey also said it looked like something a terrorist would wear. Just because gorillas don't wear clothes normally do they.

I wasn't trying to pick your post apart or anything, just wondered what she meant.

Whoever it was should have stepped in - I was shocked when they didn't. I thought perhaps they weren't allowed to interfere when it came down to the 3 of them but clearly not!

They have more common sense than Sir Alan, I think.
What annoys me is, that they tell him how it was, give their opinions of the candidates (usually right) and then he doesn't take a blind bit of notice.

Haha hilarious. Glad she got a say in this week - we need more of it!

I wonder whether it might be an idea to have Margaret and Nick are project leaders for one task.

(Would Nick have picked 'Britney'? )

Obviously immune from sacking but it might prove entertaining.

Wasn't she Sralan's lawyer??
If so then I'd say she'll definitely be well paid!

not necessarily...a lot of lawyers are paid nowhere near what the public expect. if you look at the job ads in the Law Society Gazette, you'll find a lot of posts don't pay that much.

however, she is not in the category of people who need to apply for jobs, people would make direct approaches.

if SAS likes her as part of his team, you'd expect he'd make it worth her while. he knows the worth of people in financial terms and we can all see that she's a quality act.

When Margaret shouted at Alex, my step son simply said, "Owned" - pretty apt summary methinks. Go Margaret

I beleive Margaret came from Herbert Smith,a top ten firm-and she would have been very well paid........hardly a legal aid outfit

She was a partner at Herbert Smith, she would have been getting paid exactly what a lot of the public think those kind of lawyers to get paid.

It's the small firms and things like criminal, family and residential property that tend not to bring in the big bucks.
