Classic quote from a guy who Nick De Lacy Brown nearly brought to tears in the first episode.

Was great seeing Margaret destroy him.

Wasn't it just?!

I loathe Alex more than any other candidate at the moment.

Alex and Claire....despicable people and not half as clever as they think they are.

Alex who tried to shift responsibility as much as he could to Nicolas when HE himself was pm.... did not take any himself....

He's a game player...

I would agree with that. No way a winner will come from those two (I hope!)

I really hope those 2 go too.
As much as I like Simon, I think it was the right decision to fire him, although it would have been nice if he lasted a bit longer. But I really do hope Clare goes next.

I did laugh when he said that because I knew if confronted with the facts, he'd fold.
Didn't take much either, did it!

I like Claire. She's ballsy and upfront and honest. Alex is a subtle manipulator. When he thought Claire would go he stuck the knife in pretty hard.

We know why he has messy hair now. It's covering up his horns. And his pitchfork is obviously stuck up his backside.

The way Alex changed his attention from Simon to Claire when he got a sniff that she might be in Sir Alan's firing line really showed what a weasel he is. I've really gone off him tonight.

Went off him tonight a lot. Just eye candy now, that's it.

Hated the way he shifted to Claire when he thought she was the one Sralan was after.

Spineless

but cute

I think he has gone anyway and is supplying Heat with his pics, anyway!

I thought the same as you! Just a minute later!

True, for all the good it will do him in the long run. If your going to be a villain at least be a charismatic one.

Spineless and slimy. Not even worthy of working in a sweatshop.

I think he's a bit vile. It wont stop me throwing away this weeks Heat though.

Hi, New poster, long time reader.
Got to agree I was disgusted by Alex and Claire tonight. The way they both treated Simon was appauling from the start. I would not wish my worst enemy to be put in a team with those two. I feel Simons better of out of it though. Margaret tonight though was fantastic, Margaret and Nick should have there own sitcom or spin off series. Both make this show a joy to watch for me.

And he wanted to be a model and couldn;t get work - he probably will after this.

Claire is a nasty piece of work, but I'd rather her on my team than Alex. I couldn't trust that lad as far as I could throw him.

Why do you all fancy him, he looks like a straight up and down piece of wood or something. You'd probably have a better conversation with a piece of wood too.

As long as you are not project manager. Claire does not take to project managers.

True. You can see from her face that she loves it when she sees weaknesses in them.

Alex is shrewd, and hot, but he gets less likable the more you see him in action.

Totaly agree. About the shrewd, I think even Simon said the same thing on Your Fired.
