I agree with all of these points 110%
No back-stabbing qualities are good in business. These people (Claire especially, Katie last series) think they are going to win by doing it, but hopefully Sir Al will see through it - If i was him i wouldn't hire a sneaky backstabber even as an office junior.
A good employee supports his/her boss and does what they are asked to do to the best of their abilities.
