Am I the only one who thinks that it is the producers who decide who should get sacked. They need the nasty characters to stop it getting dull.

No, you're not the only one. I think this week and week 2 have made that quite obvious, unless Sir Alan really likes odious, nasty bitches, then he made the right choices. It does seem to be about viewing figures, I was listening to an interview with him before the show and he said some of them have been picked for entertainment, not talent and it's becoming quite apparent now

The same happened last year with Kate. It was obvious what she was up to, but she survived to the end (good television.)

Yup I agree, I think the whole programme and set up looks suspicious this year. With some characters there to create conflict and others to be the target of it.

So far I'm finding it hard to determine who is actually recruitable let alone a potential winner, out of those we've seen so far. I can only presume (without resorting to spoilers) it may one of those we haven't seen much of so far, e.g Lee
