Sir Alan's comments on the preview about "enough chances" says to me that either Michael or Claire get fired.
icheal is definetely not fired as we see him on Raef's team in one of the previews and he's not on the same team as Raef this week. The only possible candidates for the boot this week are Sara,Helene and Claire. Since the first two haven't made any "mistakes" as such I'd guess Claire to get the boot.

Me too...it's difficult to know which one of quite a number of dislikeable characters you actually would like to feel the heat in the boardroom first...my first choice would be Michael. I can't wait to see the back of Helene, Claire, Lee and Alex - I'd love to be able to see back to back shows now, when they are fired one by one - don't mind the order - just get rid of them...!!!
