I agree with you...............I love Jessie, flaws and all. Who cares if she is a tomboy and not the world`s best dancer (Nancy was a tomboy - she had been with Fagin`s gang since she was 6 years old), and the more JB criticises her the more votes I put in for her

Given someone else is picking the song choreographing her and dresing her in totally inappropriate clothes its not all really up to Jessie. Actually she looks even more the part in her own clothes.
The question is if she gets the song that will allow her to shine ( and if the judges say so if she does)
The other little issue that needs watching is the running order. The show is on early next week and people always miss the beginning when they do that. Going on first is not a good place to be next week.

Based on this week the phone bill will be enormous
I said this earlier on another forum about Jessie as people were slagging her off quite unnecessarily.
John's comment about Jessies hand/hair/neck movement - so?! that is obviously a jessie mannerism? week 5 you told her not to lose her essence? then she performs as herself, as far as we can see, then she gets told off for it! gosh, we don't want everybody to be a robot and move the same! i think it's very hypocritical of john. i don't particularly like some of the things he does but that's him, it makes him who he is and we can say we find him annoying or whatever but we would never have the cheek to berate him for being him. at 18, it's hard to sometimes face up to the fact that you are you and you want to please everyone but it is essential to stay true to yourself. in the card i sent to jessie i said at the end that she should stay true to herself and that way she will be comfortable and happy. she can't go round trying to change her mannerisms, of course she can improve/learn to move better etc but at the end of the day it's the different things that make people who they are and give them their personality. i really wish people would stop berating her all the time.

Agreed. I can't see how her movement is anymore repetitive each week than everyone else's.
Anyway as Nancy she's not trying to be different every night, in fact, she's trying to be pretty much the same!

i'm a big jessie fan, she can look uncomfortable in some of the dance routines when put in rediculously high heels, but in the nancy routines, i think she looks perfect, and how nancy should be! Jessie to win!!! I hope anyway! Sorry if i've repeated earlier points!

I had a thought that maybe (in my world anyway) that the negative comments were in order to get her extra votes this week as I'm sure it was quarter final week that Connie came in for a bashing from the panel to.
Lets hope she gets a great song next week and shows the whole panel why she is Nancy and that she deserves to win.
Im a big Jessie fan but (yes a but) im going to have to be honest. Jessie undoubtedly has all the talent in the world and the attributes needed to be Nancy. The only thing she needs is unfortunately a thicker skin and to be able to take criticism.

Everyone has something that they are not good at. For Jessie that is dancing. But in my oppinion dancing in an east end bar is hardly ballet. I don't really think that she should be glacefull.
I'd like to say that Jessie will win, but she'd better get a good song this week in order to get more votes.
Well she has a good chance, I think Rachel is probaly history next week, but I've got to say that from what I have seen so far from others on the forum that Jessie will be in the bottom 2 with her.
A lot of people seem to hate Jessie with a passion.
I think it's probaly because she seems a little annoying to some people in personality. Not to me though.

i think she'll make the final, whether that's through a sing-off or or the public vote, i don't know

You will have to forgive me for being naive but im shocked that any body dislikes Jessie and because of her personality??? I think she is lovely
