Yeah it's not about whether she'll ever know who's writing to her it's about saying something that doesn't make you sound like another desperate fan. Well for me anyway.

Well......... I can't help you there. Not to good with writing letters.
But you could say something along the lines of that you think she is a great singer/performer and you hope everything works out for her.

exactly you'd want something to stand out, if money weren't an issue I think to send her something, nothing expensive, she could keep as a good luck charm when shes on stage n stuff would be great, with the quote "the last fair drop of water at the bottom of a dried-up, weed-choked well" that barry gave on her performance of the man that got away, would be really nice

That's such a good idea which never occurred to me. The only issue with me is my mother is going to think I've gone insane

It was a very tough competition. Both girls had come so far, but I do feel that Jodie had the roughest ride of all. Trying here, not to be horrible, but yes Nancy is bubbly but she certainly ain't a big lass, only in personality.

A full page spread in the Irish Daily Mail and the most beautiful photo of Jessie out yesterday talking on the phone, has black dress on with a green scarf with the caption 'better times ahead: Jessie yesterday after her shock defeat'.

Jessie is relaxing with her family in London. There is quotes on the paper from Jessie's aunt saying 'she felt she gave it her all, she had her eyes on the goal, but realised that, in the final someone has to lose. She is exhausted but exhilarated'. Jessie has no immediate plans for the future and the writer say 'that many predict that the teenager will find herself in the West End one way or another considering the shine that both ALW and CM took to her.

Certainly the exposure that Jessie has received on the show has opened a lot of doors for her.

Hmm, I hope so but probably not for a while til Jodie's had a good stab at it and been in the role for a while, otherwise it kinda takes away her glory of winning. If she does do some shows I will be there though!
CM clearly loves Jessie and I'm sure if it were ever put on again by him or anyone else in the next 5/6 years she would be the first choice as Nancy.

I'd go and see Jessie especially if she was with Gwian, you know what, I make exception for the people on the forums, but I think and i could be wrong that the people who voted for Jessie are the more likely ones to go to see Oliver

Exaclty, I would be interested to see how many people who go and see the show go and see it for Jodie, ofcause quite a few people will for the first few weeks but a lot more I feel will have gone and seen it if it was Jessie

I agree, how well are the tickets selling, as there seems to be loads of tickets available, I might be wrong though.

v.gracious in defeat!
the way she talked in that interview doesn't quite correlate to the way she was sobbing during Jodies winning song and the pics in the paper but ah wells! I'm happy that she seems to be positive about it

I've picked up an inconsistency! She first says she joined the queue on the 3rd December, then goes on to say when she first joined the queue on the 3rd Feb.
Lol v.picky of me but I just happened to notice it.
Either she was a bit upset and got confused or she queued for a reeeeeally long time!
