Even though I can't deny she's pretty (she has a great set of teeth and amazing skin!) I don't fancy her as I'm not that way inclined, taa.

Hi, I was at the AIMS event and she was really lovely when she won the award - she seemed really surprised and chuffed that she had won it. And at the end of the night (at about 3.30!) the DJ brought her up on stage and she sang the Nancy song - to much appluase and cheering!

Was that ALAHNM, that she sang.
Anyway she totally deserved to win that award.

I thought Jessie was perfect for Nancy! I know everyone's idea of Nancy is different, when we read the book, we all conjure up our own image of Nancy and for me, Jodie just wasn't it. In my mind Jodie looks a bit too old to be playing Nancy and I always imagined Nancy having curly hair as well lol. But it wasn't just that, Jodie's voice is OK and I know she was consistant throughout the show, but Jessie really blew me away with her As Long As He needs me, I didn't get anything from Jodie's performance of it, even when she'd won I hoped she be blown away by the result and give me goosebumps like Jessie did when she sung, but I just didn't get anything. I think Jessie's interaction with the kids was great to, I can't even remember what Jodie sung with her Oliver as I was blown away by Jessie and Gwion!

Yes, I am really dissapointed with the result... I don't think I will see it with Jodie as Nancy as she just isn't Nancy to me. I might try and go when she's on holiday to catch the understudy (miaow!) because her voice, acting and her look just doesn't say Nancy to me.

I have been going to the west end all my life, (for some 40 years in fact).
I dont as a rule watch these type of shows on TV.
All the girls were good, some excelent.
But Jessie she was in a class of her own, As ALW said, world class, I have never seen such passion and power in a young voice ever, the sort of performer who pins to your seat.
I hope she is not messed about with, I like her, just as she is.

Although we know she is a bit weaker in other areas, like the dancing, the sheer fact that she has a powerful, captivating and emotional voice is enough for me! No-one is perfect and Jessie's real fans love her just the way she is.
